What's in the "Thrive with ADD" Audio Workshop
You'll get a 74-minute "Thrive with ADD" Workshop for Attention Deficit Disorder Adults, created especially for audio recording.
The audio workshop is designed to allow you to consider and observe your own ADD traits, in order to coach yourself in creating new strategies. After each topic, you'll hear an audio cue to pause the recording so that you can answer the "thought questions" that are posed to you.
You'll get anecdotal examples based on real-life situations, and some strategies to help you begin self-coaching.

How to benefit the most
We suggest you listen to it all the way through once, to get the flavor of it. This might be while you're driving, exercising or doing work around the house or office. Then, find a time to really concentrate, sit in a comfortable chair with a pen and paper, and answer the questions for yourself. That's how you'll learn to observe and understand yourself in a whole new way.
Plus, what you learn from the recording will help you explain your traits to others. You'll probably want people close to you to listen also.
